Note: Nominations for the election of Office Holders closed Wednesday 18 September 2024. There being no contested positions, no voting will be required and the nominees will be declared elected at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 23rd October 2024.

Note: If any financial member wishes to raise any queries or seek information at the Annual General Meeting about the reports or associated financial statements of the Club, please provide notice in Oatlands Golf Club Limited Annual Report 2024 writing to the General Manager of your queries or requests by Friday, 18 October 2024. This will enable properly researched replies to be prepared for the benefit of the members. Queries taken from the floor at the Annual General Meeting may be taken on notice and replies furnished later.
